The modDramatic Ragdoll Overhaulcompletely changes how the player’s character and NPCs react to being hit or shot in the game. Its creator, GEOLOGIST, has said the mod adds a more dramatic and cinematic feel to enemy combat, as NPCs will now perform a variety of different animations when they’ve been taken down.
You’ll reportedly see: “NPCs grabbing [their] head and stumbling around when shot in head; NPCs freeze, look down at wound, and then stare at you when shot in abdomen (only happens when shot with pistol or revolver); Different reactions when shot with different ammo types; NPCs fall down instantly when knocked out; When hit with a throwing item, they will fall down, or they will stumble around for a bit; NPCs launch when shot with shotgun.”
