Red Dead Redemption 2has its fair share of mysteries and none more so than the Strange Man who featured in both the 2018 entry and its predecessor.
Not much is known aboutRed Dead’sStrange Man, other than that he is strange and a man. Who would have guessed it?

He appears frequently to both John and Arthur and although the player does not learn much about him, he seems to know a lot about our gunslingers.

A town, incidentally, that recently suffered from an outbreak of cholera which left it like a “ghost town” according to a newspaper article.

Although Herbert does not reveal anything, some players believe that he must have made a pact with the Strange Man which resulted in the town’s cholera outbreak.
I don’t know about you but it almost gives meThe Picture of Dorian Grayvibes. Maybe he sacrificed the town to achieve immortality or maybe he is the Strange Man when he is older?
For now, the mystery has yet to be solved but with theRed Dead Redemption 2fan base consisting of so many eagle-eyed players, if there are answers to be found, they will find them.
