Although a third title is yet to be announced, Arthur Morgan actor Roger Clark recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts about the future of the series.

“I’m certain we will seeRDR3one day,” hewrote. “When that will be - I have absolutely no idea. Don’t count on Arthur’s involvement either. His story has been told, I feel.”

With John Marston making an appearance inRed Dead Redemption 2,it would not have been the first time the two games had crossover characters. Although some fans hoped to see Arthur in flashbacks, this does not appear to be the case and it seems as though the cowboy has hung up his hat for good.

This doesn’t rule out the inclusion of other much-loved characters from the game, such as Sadie Adler or Jack Marston taking on the reins in the third instalment. Now all that is left is for Rockstar to announce it!
