In 2023,Red Dead Redemptionwas re-released onPlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. There was no newXboxrelease because this was a straight-up port and the original game was already backwards compatible with the Microsoft console.
However, there was still no PC launch in sight but thankfully, after 14 years of patiently waiting, that port arrived in October 2024. Natively,Red Dead Redemptionhas never looked better, especially as players no longer have to rely on emulation.
Furthermore, as PC gamers will know, one of the biggest benefits that they have over console counterparts is the glorious modding community andRed Dead Redemptionis already proving to be no exception.
