Red Dead Redemption is finally coming to PC after 14 years

It has taken 14 years but it seems that PC gamers may finally get their hands onRed Dead Redemptionfrom Rockstar Games.

This is according to dataminer‘Tez2’who discovered new ‘marketing strings’ after a launcher update for PC. Within this information was a revealing line of text on the future of the game.

PC gamers will hopefully finally get the chance to playRed Dead Redemption.

Obviously, we’ll have to wait on Rockstar Games for a formal announcement, but this is compelling information that suggests thatRed Dead Redemptionis finally coming to PC.

There is some validity to the updated strings in the launcher as they’re written into the code in the exact same wayother promotions occurwithin the launcher.

It would make sense for the studio to finally push the beloved game over to PC given how successful its sequel has become. Fans of the franchise have been begging to see this release and now it looks promising.

It’s likely that we’ll see the remastered edition of the game which recently made its way to other platforms, but many will be holding out hope for the modding scene, where the community is bound to already have ideas on how they will expand the game.
