
Fans have been dying to see the originalRed Dead Redemptionremade for modern consoles and while it seems unlikely that we’ll get an official release a fan has taken matters into their own hands.
The originalRed Dead Redemptionwas released in 2010 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 before being ported to modern systems. InRed Dead Redemption, you play John Marston, a former member of the infamous Dutch van der Linde gang desperate to leave the life of crime behind.

Escaping from his past life of crime has proven not to be an easy process for John Marston and his family and thus begins his epic tale of redemption. In 2018, we were then treated toRed Dead Redemption 2which is a prequel to the 2010 game.

WhileRed Dead Redemption 2featured John Marston and his family, the main playable protagonist (or antagonist depending on your actions) is Arthur Morgan, a leading member of the aforementioned Dutch van der Linde gang. Rumours were making the rounds thatRockstar GamesisremakingRed Dead Redemptionbut those rumours were later followed up with talk of it beingcancelled in favour of a simple port.
While the lip-sync is out due to having to use sound bites from the original game implemented in the fan remake, the concept trailer uploaded to the soundslikepizza YouTube channel looks fantastic showcasing scenes and characters fromRed Dead Redemption.

It’s a shame that Rockstar Games reportedly canned its remake because if this concept trailer looks as good as this, just imagine how good the official remake would have looked.
