If Singapore is the inspired location for the nextResident Evilgame, it would certainly make for an intriguing choice, especially if it specifically takes place on an island and not the mainland. In particular, Singapore has two islands that are soaked in historical bloodshed
Singapore also has an iconic mythical creature called Merlion which is a creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. So it would be interesting if Capcom would do its spin on the Merlion and not to mention, the two islands mentioned in this article could make for very fitting locations for a well-told horror story.
That all being said, all rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise. Hopefully, Capcom will announce the next game in its Resident Evil series in the coming months.
