She Hulk season 2 definitely not happening, says Marvel star

Despite critical success, Marvel’s live-action She-Hulk show on Disney+ failed to draw in a dedicated audience and now the possibility of a second season is dead in the water.

She-Hulk was a financial gamble from Marvel Studios; a show that would spoof a television staple of legal dramas while still kicking the butts of bad guys. In the special effects,Marvelsoon began to feel the pain of an upcoming flop as effects ran up to around $25 million per episode.

It’s hardly a surprise given the show ended up costing the same amount as a feature film, and the Rotten Tomatoes audience scoreis a lowly 32%. However, the show did have its fans who will likely be gutted if this turns out to be true. We should note, that there has beennothing official from Marvelor Disney to confirm the cancellation. That didn’t stop Maslany from joking that “I’ve got nothing going on. You can find me on Instagram, not posting, I’ve got no job.”

Interestingly, since her appearance on the Twitch show, the episode has been deleted from the channels VODs and there has been nothing communicated as to its deletion.

The cancelling of She-Hulk points to Marvel’s failure to provide the kind of entertainment we grew used to in the Infinity Saga era. They became a company so gung-ho on forcing the multiverse angle that the outcome became bloated and uninteresting with many fans lamenting the company’s choices.
