One of the benefits ofThe Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Editionis the addition of mods being available on consoles, something that is typically exclusive to PC. However, while this “Improved” version of the survival mod is only available on PC, the older version is available on Xbox, at leastaccording tothe mods FAQ.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimis out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. As forThe Elder Scrolls VI, that currently does not have a release date.
