Despite the name of the mod, this is a standalone expansion but its creator recommends checking out ‘Volume 1’ with details on how to download that version found on the Nexusmods page.

“Quests, new dungeons, new villages, fully customisable mount obtainable from a quest, followers, headhunt, new shrines and blessings, new spells, new player homes through quests and treasure hunts, and more,” reads its description.

Once the mod is downloaded and added toSkyrim, the mod creator suggests starting the game as you normally would and once you reach a certain level, wait for an NPC to approach you, which will then begin the new activities.
