Reddit user 5eebs has discovered a new loot spot in Solitude, having spent 13 years with this game.
They took to Reddit towrite, “13-year-old game and it is still taking me to school. I had no idea there was a health potion and two Elven arrows on top of the Bard’s College.”
I have to admit, I didn’t know this either.

To access this location, you need to start roughly between the courtyard and Blue Palace.

From there, take a stone slope up to a ledge where you can then traverse a pitched rooftop leading you to the top of Bard’s College.
Personally, I think this is pretty handy knowledge. Both Elven arrows and health potions are useful items.
