I don’t know about you but I remember a time when you were able to count the amount of pixels your video game had back in the day. The creator goes on to say the majority of the environment was made in just a few days but they have been adding to it since to build up the area. This means adding more trees, stumps and foliage to make Riverwood feel more realistic. “Almost all of the assets in the scene have nanite enabled and range in polycount from 100,000 to 15 million triangles,” they continue.

Hopefully this gives Bethesda a few ideas for a possible remake in the future.
