Snoop Dogg launches his own video game studio with a killer name

Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg is beginning a new venture outside the world of hip-hop music with his son.

A fan of bothCall of DutyandFortnite, born on 20 October 1971, Snoop Dogg real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr burst onto the music scene in the early 90s with albums such asDoggystyleunder the Death Row Records label alongside the likes of Dr Dre, 2Pac, Lady of Rage and much more.

In recent years, the music career of Snoop Dogg has been on the down low, and in his spare time, he loves nothing more than to stream video games on hisTwitchchannel. Snoop has even appeared as aplayable Operator in Call of Dutyalongside the likes of Nicki Minaj.

Broadus continued: “We felt like let’s really put resources into building Death Row Games and making a home for diverse creators in the gaming ecosystem and be a part of the narrative, the storytelling of what the next game should be looking like. And I keep saying ‘show representation of the culture in these sectors,’ versus us just being the talent.
