Previously, Jon Watts was on directorial duties for the last three MCU Spider-Man movies starring Tom Holland, namelyHomecoming,Far From HomeandNo Way Home. But now Cretton will be in charge of the Sony Pictures and Disney’s Marvel Studios collaboration.
WillSpider-Man 4have a more grounded approach in terms of villains for Peter Parker to contend with or will it be something from the multiverse? Only time will tell.
