This would be the second time Cage has played a live-action superhero, with the first being Ghost Rider. Cage was even supposed to play Superman in a planned DC film that was unfortunately scrapped. Cage’s depiction of the Man Of Steel didfinally get its big-screen debut inThe Flash(2023), where he appeared as a CGI cameo.
It’s unknown if Cage is officially onboard the project at the time of writing, as the latest information states he’s in talks to play the character and hasn’t agreed to anything just yet, but we’ll be keeping an eye on developments.
