There are likely countless Star Wars characters that we know very little about but yet, they somehow capture the imagination of devoted fans.
Take, for example, Jedi council member and Jedi Master Yaddle who we met inStar Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. We saw very little of Yaddle following the prequel movie buther fate was recently revealedin an episode of theDisneyPlus animated series,Tales of the Jedi.

Speaking ofStar Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, another character that we were briefly introduced to (and it’s notJar-Jar Binks) was the Jedi Master Yarael Poof (however, he has appeared in theStar Wars Legendscomics). Yet, if you don’t remember that name, you’re forgiven, because other than looking very odd, his appearance was quite forgettable.

So why did Yarael Poof have his Star Wars role cut short, I hear you ask? CBR explains Yarael Poof was deleted due to having a resemblance to theKaminoansrace inStar Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones, and it’s as simple as that.
It’s unclear as to whether we’ll see Jedi Master Yarael Poof again but perhaps with a bit of luck, just like Yaddle, he’ll get a lore story in a future episode ofTales of the Jedion Disney Plus one day.
