While many were ironed out with some post-launch updates, plenty remain to this day, with Respawn working tirelessly to fix all its problems, which are thankfully minor inconveniences now rather than game-breakers, except for one that crashes the game on PC when visiting a particular planet.

A new update has rolled out for all platforms, with several fixes detailed in its patch notes, and the developer has confirmed more will be on the way very soon. One of the big problems fans have been requesting a fix for is strange graphical stuttering, which impacts immersion in the game’s world as well as just being a general annoyance.
The game will be open-world, and give players free-range over several planets, whichwon’t be procedurally generatedaccording to the developers. It’s also been noted that the majority of planets will featurebigger mapsthan another open-world Ubisoft title,Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Given howStar Wars Jedi: Survivoris significantly smaller in scale, it’ll be interesting to see if future Star Wars games face similar optimisation and bug problems.
