Although some would argue theDisneyseries hasruined Anakin’s origin story, they can’t deny that it’s brought Star Wars back to the forefront of our minds.

Told through the medium of novels, fan-favourites from the new show will take centre stage.
Vernestra’s book is titledStar Wars: The Acolyte – Wayseeker; upon its pages, it’ll explore her life “20 years prior to the events ofThe Acolyte”.

Ireland isn’t in charge of Jecki and Yord’s tale, though, that responsibly falls at the feet of Tess Gratton.
As of yet, there’s no title for the novel, and the details that have been revealed are minimal.
However, what we do know is that this story will also take place before what unfolds inThe Acolyte.
Other announcements also came during Comic-Con, yet there’s still no word of that season two renewal.

Campaigns for a second season ofThe Acolyteare still going strong, which we hope will bear fruit before the end of the year.
Even if we don’t get what we want, at least the Jedi we connected with during those eight episodes will live on in other ways, through other mediums.
