Of course, I’m imagining that devs will rectify as many of these as possible with a day one patch but even still, it’s never ideal to see.
If you’ve pre-ordered the Gold or Ultimate edition of the game, early access kicks off today, on 27 August.
Everybody else will have to wait until 30 August, but that’s only a few days away.

One Reddit user has taken to the site to share a fix to, what I’m presuming will be, a common gripe.
“My biggest gripe with the game has been having to click the right stick to interact with stuff,”wroteLivingwithED.
They recommend that you go into the game’s settings to locate the button controls. Here, you can select ‘Alternate’.
LivingwithED, as anXboxuser, notes, “The alternate controls swap Interact to X and Melee to the right stick.”

This is reportedly much easier. Of course, this hack should also work on other console controller’s like thePlayStation 5DualSense.
“This is a great tip. I quickly got used to the default settings, but it just never felt right. It’s much more enjoyable now, thank you,” one player hasrepliedalready.
It definitely sounds like a tip well worth bearing in mind.
