As the first majorStardew Valleyupdate in almost three years, the game’s loyal fans are heading back to their farms to seewhat’s newand they are far from disappointed. With new items, dialogue and areas, patch 1.6also includes a new late-game area known as Ginger Island as well as a split screen co-op feature. This means that up to four players can use the split screen feature onPCwhereas only two can team up on console.
For those who are already hundreds of hours into the game, the latest update also gives you all the excuses to start from fresh so it also caters to brand-new players. It appears that despite a long wait for new content, ConcernedApe definitely knows what his fans want. Including the ability to drink mayonnaise, apparently.
