According to the latest stats from PlayTracker, the early access version of the game amassed a whopping 2 million players. Announcing the stats in a tweet yesterday, PlayTrackersaid: “Based on our user sampling data so far, PlayTracker estimates #Starfield has far surpassed the 1M player milestone on both Steam and XBOX with just the Premium Edition buyers. Sampling data comes in slowly, with a delay. Full launch is tomorrow, we’ll be watching the fireworks.”

The hype forStarfieldhas been reflected throughXboxsales as well. In the build-up to its release, many claimed that they’d be buying an Xbox Series X, or the more affordable Xbox Series S, just to playBethesda’snew IP.

Pair that with a number ofglowing reviewsfor the title, including our own review which you cancheck out here, and it’s been a pretty successful launch for Bethesda so far.
