Starfield’s early access has arrived. Those of you who pre-ordered the Premium or Constellation editions can dive into the game right now, with standard access opening up on 6 September.

It’s certainly funny to watch, but there’s seemingly more at play here than meets the eye. The cargo bay of your ship is accessible from the open-world. The main interior, where you take off, is accessed via a loading screen, so it looks as if this streamer was in the cargo hold of an NPC ship. When the NPC ship took off, they were then left behind on the planet’s surface. A transition which is, yes, admittedly a bit glitchy but to be expected.

There are plenty of other funny clips floating around on the internet. I’ve even witnessed one clip of a corpse seemingly speaking. Oh we do love you Bethesda and all your jank.
