You can both visit and craft a variety of biomes, including “polar biomes, scorching equatorial deserts, large continents to conquer, and charming clusters of islands dotting deep blue oceans,” soPlanetSmith’s developers have certainly considered variety. You’ll be tasked with foraging for supplies to build shelters in order to survive, including mining below each planet’s surface. The better your foraging skills become, the more complex items you’ll be able to craft.
WhilePlanetSmithmay not be out just yet (nor do we have a release date), you can currentlydive into a demoas a part of the ongoingSteamNext Fest. To get involved, simply head on over toPlanetSmith’s page on the Steam store and download the demo to dive in.
