That being said, plenty of gamers would preferStarfieldto perform at 60fps or at the very least, offer the players a choice of favouring either graphics or visuals in the game settings. On PC, it is possible to reach 60fps with a capable system, but at the time of writing, it seems to be at an inconsistent level. However, there is hope.

PC Gamer also reports that if you own an RTX 30-Series GPU, you may need to update the firmware. If you already own an RTX 40-Series GPU or a motherboard that supports Resizable BAR, you should be good to go.
