Steam gamers have until 29 March to download game before it’s gone forever

Another beloved title is being from Steam for some users, and you haven’t got long left before it’s gone for good.

Take a look atTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collectionbelow, featuring several classic and retro TMNT games.

It includes arcade titles as well as home console releases for consoles like theNintendoEntertainment System and Nintendo Super Entertainment System.

The reason for the game’s departure is unknown but it’s likely due to licensing issues, a common occurrence for IPs like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Fear not though, it seems the only country that’ll be losing the game will be Japan, and that being said it’s only the Steam version, physical copies will still be available for other platforms like thePlayStation5.

Konami confirmed as much in a comment to Game Informer, whichsaidTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collectionwill not be removed from any online retailers outside of Japan.

So, if you’re outside of Japan you’ve got nothing to worry about, but if you are you haven’t got long left beforeTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collectionis gone for good.

At least it hasn’t been added to the long list of gameseverybodycan’t play on Steam anymore.
