The last game in the series was back in 2009, with the poorly receivedDelta Force: Xtreme 2. Until now, following NovaLogic shutting its doors, it had been 15 years since the franchise had seen a new entry.
But now it’s back! And… it’s got a “mixed” review score on Steam.
The reviews really are all over the place on this one.
Take a look at the beta trailer below.
That “too good to be true” review came from a Steam user called Batu, who praised the game for its “astonishing graphics, modifiable weapons, classes to choose, huge maps, different gamemodes”, and its “realistic & engaging” gameplay.

And too good to be true it clearly is, according to several reviews who say that this gameliterallyinstalls spyware on your bloody computer.
“Installs Kernel Level Spyware! AntiCheatExpert!” wrote user Alyzah.
“Seems more invasive and conflicts with Easy-Anti Cheat, which itself is also kernel-level. ACE, even when this game was NOT running and was UNINSTALLED, and the ‘ACE’ service STOPPED was interfering with my ability top open an EAC game.”
They’re not the only reviewer saying this either, so I would perhaps suggest that you stay as far away fromDelta Forceas humanly possible for the time being until this can be fully verified.
