Even if you don’t agree withSteam’s ‘similar games to this’ selection, there’s no doubt thatOutcoreis a game deserving of more public praise within the gaming industry. “This game is free, this game is amazing, this game is everything you need for a few hours of fun, entertainment and engagement. The only literal con of this game is the fact that it ends at all… I miss Lumi already!” said another on the game’s Steam page, alongside many others who miss Lumi once her story comes to an end.
If you’ve yet to play this game, with it being free to download, there’s really no excuse not to see what others are raving about. Its reviews are “overwhelmingly positive”, which is markedly better thanStarfield, a game whoseratings have now droppedto “mixed” on Steam.
“This is the best ‘game that interacts with your desktop’ that I’ve ever seen. Genuinely can’t believe that it’s free. Please play it,” read another review. Now go, listen to those words and discover a game you didn’t realise you needed in your life. Go!
