Regardless though, it’s clear to see that Throne And Liberty is off to a prosperous start, despite its rather mixed reviews.

Over on Metacritic, the game secured a respectable score of 75.
Users are far more critical though, with Metacritic’s userscore sitting at 4.9 and the Steam reviews classifying as ‘Mixed’.
The more condemnatory user reviews praised the game at a surface level but called it “mediocre” and “clunky” upon diving further in.
Reviewers also noted thatThrone And Libertydoesn’t exactly reinvent the genre but if you are an MMORPG fan, you’ll likely find something to enjoy here.
