“The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic open world and features an original story that builds on the events of the official films,” a press release reads. “You play as a group of nuclear apocalypse survivors fighting to stay alive in a time period between Judgment Day and the creation of John Connor’s resistance.” It’s a great premise and hopefully one that Nacon can deliver on. I hate to bring it up but, yes, Nacon did also publishThe Lord of the Rings: Gollum. The less said about that, the better.

It’s been quite some time since a Terminator game landed in our laps. The last wasTerminator: Resistancein 2019 which, with a Metacritic score of just 47, didn’t go over all that well. Let’s hope that this next effort proves to be a tad more successful. I should also point out that we don’t yet know the game’s official title, but hopefully the Nacon Connect will clear that up.
