The Dark Knightis hands-down one of my favourite movies of all time and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched this masterpiece. Yet, despite how many times I’ve watched this movie, not once did I notice this amazing Spider-Man cameo and I very much doubt I’m alone with this realisation.

Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man makes his cameo at the very beginning ofThe Dark Knightjust before Joker pulls a heist on the Gotham National Bank. This cameo is very hard to see as seen in the image above and even if you thought you may have seen it in real time, I would assume your mind may have dismissed the prospect of Spider-Man appearing in a DC movie instantly.
I doubt we’ll ever get a proper live-action DC and Marvel crossover, so we might as well take this very small win. If for whatever reason you’ve never watched Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, go and watch it now, but as forSpider-Man 3, you’re not missing much.
