
A surprising but seemingly accidental tease has been announced early for a companion in the upcomingThe Elder Scrolls VIto the excitement of eager fans.
At this point, the release ofThe Elder Scrolls VIhas become somewhat of a meme recently followingBethesda’sannouncement at E3 2018. Despite being over six years since we were treated to its announcement trailer, we’ve had very few official details on the next entry of the popular fantasy RPG series.

It’s been that long since the announcement ofThe Elder ScrollsVIthat fans believeBethesda revealed the game too early. After all, we’ve not had a release date, gameplay trailer or platforms confirmed at the time of writing.

However, asshared onReddit,during an‘Our Flag Means Death Q&A’ panel at GalaxyCon, San Jose 2024, actor Vico Ortizmay have confirmed they’re voicing a companion in the highly anticipated RPG.“You’ll probably hear me a lot in a video game called The Elder Scrolls. So, if you want to be my companion, I’ll be your companion,” Ortiz teased.
It’s perhaps worth keeping in mind that a specific entry in the series wasn’t mentioned, so it could end up being an NPC in a yet-to-be-announced expansion forThe Elder Scrolls Online. Yet, it’s not outside the realms of possibility that Victor Ortiz will be voicing a character inThe Elder Scrolls VI.
