The Elder Scrolls 6 first leaks leave fans divided

Perhaps the most hotly contested topic is the setting ofThe Elder Scrolls 6which, from the images pulled from Pinterest, point to Hammerfell.

Several Redditors swiftly answered this but it was LudwigsUnholySpadewho commented, “I can’t wait forTESVIto be branded ‘woke’ since most of the NPCs will probably be black if it is indeed set in Hammerfell.”

FireFoxQuattro spotted this comment andvoiced their concerns, “Man after the BF1 and AC woke stuff it just gets tiring being a black gamer lol.”

Many arealready dreadingthe ‘discourse’. As Hammerfell is based on the African continent it will surely draw the ire from corners of the internet because we can’t have nice things.

One lore-minded gamerexplainedthe Hammerfell region for those who aren’t aware of the history, “There’s a big desert, but there’s also tropical areas, coastal, grasslands, mountains. Seems like a great region for a TES game in terms of variety.”
