
You can always rely on Bethesda to create a delectable open-world. There’s a reason why players keep on returning toThe Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimover 12 years after it was first released. Likewise,Starfield’s loading screens may have upset some players but that aside, the game’s ability to create a seemingly endless sprawling galaxy has to be commended.
It’s why there’s so much hype surrounding the upcomingThe Elder Scrolls VIwhich very much remains a mystery given that devs are hard at work supportingStarfieldfor the time being. I digress though. Bethesda isn’t simply known for its top-class world design. It’s also known for its stellar jank. That’s an odd phrase to read back but I mean it. NoBethesdagame is truly complete without a few harmless bugs or weirdly written NPCs that accidentally turn it into a comedic masterpiece. In fact, fans ofOblivionhave just declared it to be the most unintentionally funny game of all time.
