Move asideElder Scrolls VI, thisenormousexpansion forThe Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimis out next year, and it looks too good to be true.

The sheer amount of work that goes into aSkyrimexpansion mod is ridiculous, and modders are doing God’s work when it comes to keepingBethesda’sRPG alive.

However, while we’ve seen some truly impressive expansions, the one we’re talking about today really takes the cake.

It’s calledThe Elder Scrolls: Apotheosis, and it’s coming out sometime next year exclusively forPCplayers.

In a way, it’s like theElder Scrollsversion ofFallout: London,an expansion set in the same world that tells an entirely different story across entirely new locations, all built from the ground up.

You can watch the full trailer for the expansion on YouTube, which boasts some gorgeous visuals as well as the exciting gameplay.

It looks like the developers wanted to do more than stick a few NPCs in for the game’s hack and slash gameplay to dice up, as the enemy design looks like nothing Bethesda has done before.

A full list of planned features can be found in the video’s description, and as stated earlier, the creator is aiming for a 2025 release.
