At the time I was thinking, if this was a brand new video game not related toThe Legend of Zeldain any way, would gamers be as unhappy with how the game looks? Of course, we can only speculate. WhileThe Wind Wakerbenefited from an HD remaster for the Wii U in 2013, fans of the series would love nothing more than to see another modern remaster, this time on the Nintendo Switch. However, perhaps theSwitch 2is the most likely destination now.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Wakeris playable onPCunofficially thanks to emulation. Despite Nintendo probably not appreciating PC emulation all that much, it means that more players get to play amazing games and it leaves the door open for incredible mods.
