For those who haven’t played it,The Lord Of The Rings: Conquestis an action/adventure game that’s pretty similar to theOG Star Wars: Battlefront series. Playing from a third-person perspective, the player takes part in colossal battles as some of the most infamous characters in the franchise, fighting knights, trolls, and other iconic monsters, you can’t kill Gollum though, as much as we’d like to.

With a first-person perspective, the remake is almost reminiscent ofBethesda’sRPG seriesThe Elder Scrolls, albeit with more of a focus on large-scale battles rather than completing quests.

We get a glimpse of one of the battles towards the end of the video, when a horde of enemies charges towards the player’s battlement, and is met with a storm of arrows preventing them from getting to the wall. It looks gorgeous, especially with the dark, moody lighting and glistening shine from the oncoming rain.
