First announced back in November of last year and finally released earlier this week,CD Projekt Redhas released official mod tools for its hitThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Arriving as a free update for all PC users, The Witcher 3 REDkit mod tools will allow players to, as you guessed it, mod the game to their heart’s content. Although modders have already been hard at work modding the game over the past 9-years, they can now do it officially courtesy of CD Projekt Red itself.
Thanks to the REDkit players can add assets, rework files, create their very own cutscenes, add textures and more. Not only that but its developers have also released atutorialfor the mod kit which will give budding modders a bit more of an understanding of the process.
The REDkit is free to download for all PC users on GOG, Steam and the Epic Games Store and all that is required is owningThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
