Lots of big RPGs feature so many quests that finding them all on one playthrough would be a miracle. Developers just love to hide away quest markers and little secrets for players to dig around and explore every nook and cranny.
This can be said for any large-scale game in the past few years, whether it’sAssassin’s Creed Valhalla,GTAV, or in this case,The Witcher 3. To be fair, sometimes players can go through a game multiple times and still miss a quest or item that others know about. Thank god we live in the internet age where we can find out these things and go back to find everything.
