The Witcher 4 release date appears online, but fans aren’t convinced

The Witcher 4’srelease date has been raised into question as a placeholder date has appeared online, it seems like wishful thinking though.

Now thatThe Witcher 4is infull-on developmentwith CD Projekt Red, many fans are now anticipating when we’ll see the game with our own eyes.

Hopefully it lives up toThe Witcher 3: Wild Huntin size and scale, but it undoubtedly will right?

Little is known about the next game in the series apart from it probablywon’t feature Geralt as the protagonist, a smart move as his story feels like it concluded itself well and it’s probably about time we got a new face to lead the franchise.

“Don’t need the game next year but I’d love to see a trailer maybe?” said one Witcher fan and another added that CD Projekt Red need to take as much time as they need on the game saying “we don’t want a Cyberpunk 2077 situation again.”

It’s doubtful the game will launch next year, but we can’t rule out a teaser of sorts, hopefully giving us an idea as to who the protagonist could be.
