Witcher fans rejoice, we are getting a new adventure with Geralt of Rivia and it’s coming soon.
Author Andrzej Sapkowski has announced that he has finished writing a new Geralt adventure. It is due to be a standalone novel surrounding the ongoings of Geralt.

Thenews broke on Twitterto rapturous glee. Very little is known beyond this, although Sapkowski has mentioned in the past that the book will not carry on the ongoing saga, which means we’re more likely to see an offshoot adventure.

In areel on Instagram, Sapkowski discusses how he has no current plans for the saga and that this recent book took him “maybe two years” to write.
Meanwhile, George R. R. Martin fans are in shambles. This includes me.
Speculation amongst fans ranges from this novel being a prequel of some kind to an anthology-style story that will be shorter than the novels within the saga.
