The long-awaited Tomb Raider series is available to stream on Netflix today and fans are hyped to see the new Lara Croft.
We first heard that the iconic video game series,Tomb Raider, was getting an animated adaptation onNetflixin 2021, so it’s fair to say that this new series has been a long time coming.

To have a new voice actor replace Camilla Luddington from the Survivor trilogy was a bold move, even if it meant hiring the talents of theMCU’s, Hayley Atwell.
In ourinterview withTomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croftshowrunner Tasha Huo, she explained: “I love Hayley Atwell. I think she’s an incredible actress and she has this amazing mix of dramatic force and comedic timing, which is exactly who Lara is. We’re sort of moving Lara of the ‘Survivor Trilogy’ into the Lara of old, who was very funny and quippy.”
