
As further proof people will do just about anything for internet clout, Twitch streamers are now using censor bars to make it look like they’re naked on stream.
Twitchstreaming tends to be a rat race when it comes to video content. All creators will do whatever is necessary to boost views, donations, and bring in sponsorship deals.

After several streamers took that idea too far, Twitch did a u-turn on its decision, but now content creators have found a new way to circumvent the rules and rake in those sweet, sweet views. Their solution?Artificial censor bars.
Earlier this week, apictureof the streamer FireDancer was shared on Twitter, showing her live on the streaming platform with two black censor bars covering her chest and lower body, giving the impression that she had no clothes on. Once other content creators saw this there was a mad dash to replicate the strategy, so now Twitch is full of streamers trying to achieve the same scantily dressed success.

At the time of writing, Twitch is yet to make any official statement regarding the censorship, and whether it’ll be adjusting its rules further to ensure all streamers are wearing a suitable amount of clothing when they go live.
