Okay, yes, that’s a niche want but stick with me on this one becauseVoyagers of Neralooks to be a true delight.

In fact, it’s got quite aMoanafeel about it if you’ll permit me to make a film comparison, with the Pacific Islands clearly being a key inspiration here.

“Sail to distant islands, build beautiful villages and surf across the waves with up to 10 players,” the synopsis teases.

Take a look atVoyagers of Nerain action below.

You will play as an Echo, a descendant of a long-extinct line of protectors of this magical world.

It’s up to you to continue your ancestor’s legacy, protecting the game’s various islands from malevolent spirits who seek to disrupt the equilibrium.

To succeed, you’ll need to build bases and craft new weapons, your typical survival fare - although bases here are pretty picturesque with sea views as far as the eye can see.

Your travels will take you beneath the waves to the depths of the sea where threats lurk just as they do on land, but you’ve got a handy ship to navigate the waters - one which you can imbue with magic.

Voyagers of Nerais playable solo but you can also team up with up to 10 friends, taking on this epic journey together.

The game is set to launch in early 2025 but ahead of that point, you can get a taste of the action courtesy of a new demo which has launched on Steam.
