
Xbox recently announced the decision to begin shipping a select number of its exclusive titles to other platforms, including PlayStation.
Starfieldwas not included in that line-up, disprovinga rumour that suggested it would be. Instead,Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves, Grounded, andPentimentare the four titles that will soon, or have already, landed on other platforms.
Pentimenthas already made the jump, landing onPlayStation4, PlayStation 5, andNintendoSwitch on 22 February.

Played from a 2D perspective, it sees players assume the role of Andreas Maler, an artist who becomes embroiled in a series of murder mysteries in Upper Bavaria.

Back whenPentimentlanded on PlayStation, it caused a bit of a ruckus after players noticed that the game was able to run at 120fps.

To compare, itsXboxcounterpart was limited to just 60fps.
You can see why Xbox players might’ve felt a bit shortchanged but the game’s director was quick to dismiss this as a bug.
“120fps will be enabled for Xbox in the next patch. It being disabled is just a bug,”wroteObsidian’s Josh Sawyer.
Well, the good news is that the patch in question has finally arrived. Rejoice.

The latest patch has landed enabling 120fps for Xbox Series X players, updating the game’s icon on PlayStation and Switch, updating the Platinum trophy name on PlayStation, updating PlayStation controller graphics, and fixing the High Contrast accessibility option not rendering properly.
