Xbox flop Redfall is down to a shocking number of players

Redfall’splayer numbers have dwindled down to double-digits, in what’s considered to be one of the biggest Xbox flops of all time.

Arkane Studio’sXbox-exclusive vampire-hunting FPS gameRedfallreleased in early May of this year and was met withharsh criticismfrom players and critics. The game’sSteampage currently shows reviews as mostly negative.

The main criticisms were in its gameplay, which was branded as dull and generic, and also littered with bugs, glitches and performance problems.

To add insult to injury,Redfall’splayers have dwindled to laughable numbers, not even breaking into triple-digits, cementing the game as a failure that won’t be rising from the dead anytime soon.

“More people have commented on this post than have played in the last 24 hours, GG,” read one comment. It’s highly unlikely the game’s player count will get any better, especially since there are no plans to support the game with new content. That being said, even if new content was added, it likely wouldn’t make a difference since the game just wasn’t fun in the first place.
