The game comes in at just over 100GB, which means that 515GB Xbox Series S owners will need to section off an entire fifth of their SSD just to fit this game on it.

Any Xbox owners who happen to be fans of bothCall of Duty: WarzoneandGenshin Impactshould probably just bite the bullet and upgrade their SSD size now.

Let’s throw it back with the game’s launch trailer.

In a thread over on r/xbox discussing the news, a lot of commenters all echoed similar sentiments regarding the 100GB download.

“I was just thinking of trying outGenshinagain since its being added to Xbox, but 100 gigs?”commented WrstScp, “That’s absolutely insane.”

“Wtf,” replieduser No-Abbreviations2897, “Why on God’s green Earth would this be that large?”

As Fraser Gilbert pointed out in the original story, this really shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise.

A quick look at the Epic Store page forGenshin Impactreveals that, just like the Xbox version of the game, the PC version of the game needs 100GB of free space too.
