The Horizon series from Guerrilla Games is one of PlayStation’s most popular franchises and at the heart of its story is Aloy. It’s fair to say that the Horizon series will never come to Xbox, but gamers on the green brand will be getting its closest inspiration to the Aloy character yet withUnknown 9: Awakening.

Bandai Namco says thatUnknown 9: Awakeningwill be the entry point of its new IP which will expand into comic books, novels, podcasts and more, and has even teased crossover events. So Bandai Namco clearly has high hopes for its new franchise.
Unknown 9: Awakeningwill be released sometime this coming summer for PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
