Whether it be a totally new console generation or a revised version of a current model, new video game consoles are about as inevitable as Thanos.
Ever since the originalPlayStationwas released all the way back in 1994, Sony has released at least one console revision for each generation. Some consoles may be smaller and some a little more powerful or perhaps a little bit of everything, and we’re sure that the PS5 will be no exception. After all, rumours of aPS5 SlimorProhave been making the internet rounds for quite some time already.

Obviously, we shouldn’t take this report as gospel. That being said, there is likely to be some truth behind the claims. We know that Sony is releasing a handheld streaming device, which could very well be the handheld console that Microsoft spoke of, rather than a new PS Vita, so to speak.
