Xbox new free game is perfect if you love Dark Souls

Dark SoulsandElden Ringfans are in for a treat this month with the latest offering in the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

Very few games can match the quality ofFromSoftwaretitles toe-to-toe with the likes ofDark Souls,BloodborneandElden Ringwhich inspired the ever-vibrant Soulsborne sub-genre. However, there are some exceptions to that trend such as theLies of Pand the topic of today’s discussion,Lords of the Fallenwhich is coming toXbox Game Passsoon.

Not to be confused with the 2014 game of the same name,Lords of the Fallen(2023) is essentially a reboot and a sequel at the same time, set about 1000 years after the first game.Lords of the Fallenmay not have blown critics away but with a respectable score of 77 on theaggregate websiteMetacritic, it’s at least something for Soulsborne fans to check out.
