Inour review, I awarded the game a score of nine, writing, “Tchiais quite simply utterly delightful. Many of us play video games to have fun and unwind.Tchiacertainly helped me do both of those things, but what is perhaps most astonishing about this game is that it left me feeling personally enriched.Tchiais not just a love letter to New Caledonia, it’s a love letter to life - celebrating all that is good in the world.”

I was thrilled to seeTchiawin the Games For Impact award at last year’s The Game Awards, as well as the BAFTA Games Awards’ Beyond Entertainment trophy.

It’s so worthy of both of those accolades.
